Best. [deleted] • 6 yr. ago. It took at least two weeks for me to unlock it, now It's stuck at level 1 for more than 3 months. I've talked with Riot Support about it, they said "being reported slows honor leveling up progress", I highly doubt I'll even reach lvl 2 before season ends :/. 1.
