Tamiya does not make a 1/72 Lancaster. I have heard rumblings about RoG reboxing their new tool Lancaster as a dambuster, but I haven't seen it yet or heard anything recently. The Hasegawa Lancaster is nice, but not 1.5-2x the cost nice. The Airfix Lancaster and the Matchbox Lancaster are both alright, but not competitive with the new tool kits.
